What You’ll Be Doing Deliver end-to-end certification and inspections for residential projects Provide clear, practical advice to builders, designers, and clients Plan and conduct inspections, prepare reports, and maintain compliance Mentor emerging surveyors and contribute to continuous improvement Work with smart systems (BCS, FuseSign, Bluebeam) in a paperless environment Operate autonomously, supported by a structured, modern, and friendly team What You’ll Bring / Do you suit this role Accreditation or registration as a Building Surveyor (Limited / or equivalent) Experience with Class 1 & 10 residential approvals and inspections Strong written communication and technical reporting skills Solid understanding of NCC Volume 2, Tasmanian legislation (ideally, but not essential), and Australian Standards A proactive, accountable approach - you like getting things done properly A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel for site visits Why Tasmania?
